IFBB Pro Oklahoma Pro/Am

A show exceeding all expectations! To start with, the Oklahoma Pro pulled in a deep lineup of 29 competitors in Classic Physique - more than two of the largest shows of the year! This only adds to the pressure for the staff, a pressure that Promoter Eileen Calabrese met with grace and an uncommonly high degree of professionalism.

She was in touch with each of the athletes well before the show, during the show, and even a week after ensuring we were taken care of and made it to our destinations safely. Her love of the sport is perhaps only surpassed by her care and consideration for the athletes, which was evident in the production of the show itself!

The staff as a whole were not just professional and efficient, they too were considerate and understanding of us and our experience on and off stage. The expediters were well on top of things and made it a smooth show.

Lastly, I'd be remiss not to highlight Head Judge Rich Palmer. He put us through our paces. He didn't rush us offstage. He made us earn our places and made the entire stage experience worth all of the work we as competitors or in to get there as well as entertaining for the fans! He even waited backstage for us and one by one gave every competitor his hand written feedback... I'm still blown away by this.

So if you're considering doing this show, know you'll be competing at an event that prioritizes you as an athlete and only further develops you as a competitor.
