2026 Oklahoma Championship competitors, please read all the important information below to be ready for the event. (Updated 4/14/2026).

Turn into the FAR SOUTH ENTRANCE and follow it around to the back past the first building and the football stadium, park at the far north side of the parking lot and come thru the multiple sets of double doors and athlete registration will be in that lobby area.

  • 4:00PM – All IFBB Pro athletes competitors check in mandatory meeting and paparazzi photos.
  • 5:15PM – All NPC men divisions, mandatory check in.
  • 6:00PM – All NPC female divisions, mandatory check in.
  • 6:45PM – All late registration athletes welcome


ANY UNREGISTERED ATHLETES Please be aware that you will register immediately after the pre-registered athletes. All competitors wear or bring their posing suits and be prepared to wear them for check in.

Mandatory Athlete meeting: 8:45 a.m. (Backstage)
Prejudging: 9:30 a.m.
Athlete Finals Check-In: 2:45 p.m.

All athletes, we ask that you download the Muscleware app the day of the show so you can be kept up to date on what’s going on at the show.

New Division

Fit Model: Be sure to read through the rules regarding the fit model division on the NPC News Online website.

Routine Music:

Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Fitness and Women’s Physique competitors will need to submit their music online before registration closes. DON’T DISCARD YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION. Within that email, you will have a special link to use specifically for you to upload your music.

  • Posing Routines may be up to a maximum of 60 seconds.

NPC Card:

Every competitor MUST be a current member of the The National Physique Committee (NPC). Membership cost is $150.

You are required to enter your NPC card number during the online registration process and you must show your NPC card during athlete check-ins. You will not be able to check-in or compete without showing a valid NPC card.

IFBB Card:

The IFBB Pro League has developed a NEW method of contract signing and registration.

  1. Purchase your card at www.ifbbpromembership.com
  2. All contests with will listed in your IFBB Pro Member Profile.
  3. Select the contest you want to compete in then click “Register”.
  4. Select your division on the registration form.
  5. Digitally sign your Athlete Competition Contract & Liability Release Form.

Your application is then forwarded to the office for review. Once your contract is approved you will receive a confirmation email from Muscleware. If you want a copy of your signed contract click on the “My Contracts” tab of your member profile. A FIRM Registration deadline for all IFBB Pro shows is the Monday of the week of the show at 3 PM EST.

Tickets:

Please bring ID with you in order to check-in at the front door. Tickets can be bought online until Wednesday the week of the show. At that time, they will need to be purchased at the door. Please remember children are not allowed backstage. No refunds, exchanges or transfers after on tickets or athlete registrations. All ticket sales and registrations are FINAL.

NOTE: You can have ONE OTHER PERSON pick up tickets if you are not able to. Please add their name at the time of purchase.

Official Spray Tanning Service:

Champion Tan is the official spray tan company for IFBB Pro and NPC Oklahoma, and the ONLY spray tan service that will be on site and backstage at the show. Since 2015 Champion Tan has provided the winning stage color for 409 Class Winners and 77 Overall Winners at NPC shows in Oklahoma. Once all available appointment times are booked, we will not be able to take any additional clients. If you have not yet booked your spray tan package, please do so ASAP at the link below in order to get the best available appointment time.

Your spray tan package will include a full base tan coat applied on Friday at the host hotel, and then a finishing coat applied on Saturday morning at the venue. Other reminders

  • Each athlete should bring a can of Pam to be oiled with.
  • Hair and make-up other than from the official Tease company, can’t be done inside the facility. Other arrangements will need to be made.
  • No children are allowed backstage.
  • Backstage passes are for backstage only. Additional wristbands will be needed to go inside the venue.
  • It’s going to be a long day. May we suggest bringing some house shoes so you will be comfortable backstage. Some have also brought pillows or other items to sit on. We want you to be comfortable and relaxed before you hit the stage.
