Oklahoma Pro/AM Athlete Letter

2025 Oklahoma Championship competitors, please read all the important information below to be ready for the event.

Pre-judging starts at 10 a.m. | Finals at 5 p.m. 

Athlete Check-in: 8:45 a.m. (Union High School PAC)
Mandatory Athlete meeting: 9:15 a.m. (Backstage)
Judges Meeting: 9:40 a.m.
Prejudging: 10:00 a.m.
Athlete Finals Check-In: 3:45 p.m.
Finals: 5:00 p.m.

Finals will begin at 5:00 PM so that we finish earlier and so everyone has more time in the evening to celebrate after the show with family and friends.

Mandatory Athlete Check In / Height Check / Weigh-in:

Friday, June 6th at the Grand Hall at Union High School, 6636 S. Mingo Rd., Tulsa.
Turn into the drive at the light on 66th and Mingo, park in the lot to the left.  Come in the front UCA doors and registration will be in that lobby area.

  • 4:00pm – ALL IFBB PRO athletes CHECK- IN, MANDATORY MEETING & PAPARAZZI PHOTOS
  • 5:15- ALL NPC MEN DIVISIONS MAMDATORY CHECK IN
  • 6:00- ALL NPC FEMALE DIVISIONS MANDATORY CHECK-IN
  • 6:45- ALL LATE REGISTRATION ATHLETES WELCOME

New Divisions

Fit Model: Be sure to read through the rules regarding the fit model division on the NPC News Online website.

Routine Music:

Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Fitness and Women’s Physique competitors will need to submit their music online before registration closes. DON’T DISCARD YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION. Within that email, you will have a special link to use specifically for you to upload your music.

  • Posing Routines may be up to a maximum of 60 seconds.

NPC Card:

All competitors must have a current NPC Membership. You can purchase your NPC membership online at this link and get immediate proof of purchase: https://www.npcregistration.com/. Be sure to snap a photo of it once it’s shown on the screen and bring it with you or print it out. You can also purchase your NPC membership for $125 (cash only) at the athlete check in.

IFBB Card:

The IFBB Pro League has developed a NEW method of contract signing and registration. 1. Purchase your 2024 card at www.ifbbpromembership.com  2. All contests with will listed in your IFBB Pro Member Profile. 3. Select the contest you want to compete in then click “Register”. 4. Select your division on the registration form. 5. Digitally sign your Athlete Competition Contract & Liability Release Form. Your application is then forwarded to the office for review. Once your contract is approved you will receive a confirmation email from Muscleware. If you want a copy of your signed contract click on the “My Contracts” tab of your member profile. A FIRM Registration deadline for all IFBB Pro shows is the Monday of the week of the show at 3 PM EST.

Tickets:

Please bring ID with you in order to pick up your tickets at the front door. Tickets can be bought online until Wednesday the week of the show. At that time, they will need to be purchased at the door. Please remember that ALL Children must have tickets to attend the show and are not allowed backstage. No refunds, exchanges or transfers after on tickets or athlete registrations. All ticket sales and registrations are FINAL.

NOTE: You can have ONE OTHER PERSON pick up tickets if you are not able to. Please add their name at the time of purchase.

Official Spray Tanning Service:

Champion Tan is the official spray tan company for the NPC Grand Prix, and the ONLY spray tan service that will be on site and backstage at the show. Since 2015 Champion Tan has provided the winning stage color for 409 Class Winners and 77 Overall Winners at NPC shows in Oklahoma. Once all available appointment times are booked, we will not be able to take any additional clients. If you have not yet booked your spray tan package, please do so ASAP at the link below in order to get the best available appointment time.

Your spray tan package will include a full base tan coat applied on Friday at the host hotel, and then a finishing coat applied on Saturday morning at the venue. Hair and Makeup:

Photography & Video

No cameras will be allowed in the venue. We have a professional photographer taking the stage photos and he owns the photographic rights.  Order photo packages here through BodyGraphics. Dynamic Visuals are the official videographer for the show. You can purchase packages on their website.

Other reminders

  • Each athlete should bring a can of Pam to be oiled with.
  • Hair and make-up other than from the official Tease company, can’t be done inside the facility. Other arrangements will need to be made.
  • No children are allowed backstage.
  • Backstage passes are for backstage only. Additional wristbands will be needed to go inside the venue.
  • It’s going to be a long day. May we suggest bringing some house shoes so you will be comfortable backstage. Some have also brought pillows or other items to sit on. We want you to be comfortable and relaxed before you hit the stage.
