Mandatory Athlete Check In / Height Check / Weigh-in:

• 4:00PM – All IFBB Pro athletes competitors check in mandatory meeting and paparazzi photos.
• 5:15PM – All NPC men divisions, mandatory check in.
• 6:00PM – All NPC female divisions, mandatory check in.
• 6:45PM – All late registration athletes welcome

ANY UNREGISTERED competitors report at 6:30 PM. Please be aware that you will register immediately after the pre-registered athletes. Competitors can bring their posing suits to check-ins if you have any questions as to if your suit fits NPC criteria.

– The Auditorium is located on the Northeast corner of the building, across from the football field

Athlete Check-in: 8:00 a.m.
Mandatory Athlete meeting: 8:30 a.m. (Backstage)
Judges Meeting, side stage: 9:15 a.m.
Prejudging:9:30 a.m.
Intermission
Athlete Finals Check-In: 2:45 p.m.
Finals: 4:00 p.m.

Finals will begin at 4:00 PM so that we finish earlier and so everyone has more time in the evening to celebrate after the show with family and friends.

Host Hotel:

Our Host Hotel will sell out very early it is the newest,closest hotel to the venue and a full service hotel where tanning, hair and makeup, as well as Mandatory Athlete Check In will be taking place. There are refrigerators and microwaves.

New Divisions as of 2020

Fit Model: Fit model is our new and exciting division, be sure to read through the rules on Fit Model on NPC News Online.

Wellness: Wellness has been added starting in 2020. Be sure to read through the rules on Wellness on the NPC News Online website.

Hero: This class is open to any current or retired member of Military, Police, Fire, EMT and First Responders. There will be one Hero class in each division. Please provide proof of service or employment at weigh-ins.

Routine Music:

Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Fitness and Women’s Physique competitors will need to submit their music online before registration closes. DON’T DISCARD YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION. Within that email, you will have a special link to use specifically for you to upload your music.

• Posing Routines may be up to a maximum of 60 seconds.

NPC Card:

All competitors must have a current NPC Membership BEFORE registering to compete. You can purchase your NPC membership online at this link and get immediate proof of purchase: https://www.npcregistration.com/ . Be sure to snap a photo of it once it’s shown on the screen and bring it with you or print it out.

IFBB Card:

The IFBB Pro League has developed a NEW method of contract signing and registration.

• Purchase your card at www.ifbbpromembership.com 
• All contests will be listed in your IFBB Pro Member Profile.
• Select the contest you want to compete in then click “Register”.
• Select your division on the registration form.
• Digitally sign your Athlete Competition Contract & Liability Release Form.

Your application is then forwarded to the office for review. Once your contract is approved you will receive a confirmation email from Muscleware. If you want a copy of your signed contract click on the “My Contracts” tab of your member profile. A FIRM Registration deadline for all IFBB Pro shows is the Monday of the week of the show at 3 PM EST.

Tickets:

Tickets and backstage passes are now on sale at this link: https://npcoklahoma.com/okc-grand-prix/buy-tickets/ 

Please bring ID with you in order to pick up your tickets at the front door. Tickets can be bought online until Wednesday the week of the show. At that time, they will need to be purchased at the door.

Please remember that ALL Children must have tickets to attend the show and are not allowed backstage. No refunds, exchanges or transfers after on tickets or athlete registrations. All ticket sales and registrations are FINAL.

Official Spray Tanning Service:

Champion Tan is the official spray tan company for the NPC Grand Prix, and the ONLY spray tan service that will be on site and backstage at the show. Since 2015 Champion Tan has provided the winning stage color for 409 Class Winners and 77 Overall Winners at NPC shows in Oklahoma. Spray Tan Appointments for the NPC Grand Prix are filling up very quickly! Once all available appointment times are booked, we will not be able to take any additional clients. If you have not yet booked your spray tan package, please do so ASAP at the link below in order to get the best available appointment time.

Your spray tan package will include a full base tan coat applied on Friday at the host hotel, and then a finishing coat applied on Saturday morning at the venue. Other reminders

• Each athlete should bring a can of Pam to be oiled with.
• Hair and make-up other than from the official Tease company, can’t be done inside the facility. Other arrangements will need to be made.
• No children are allowed backstage.
• Backstage passes are for backstage only. Additional wristbands will be needed to go inside the venue.
• It’s going to be a long day. May we suggest bringing some house shoes so you will be comfortable backstage. Some have also brought pillows or other items to sit on. We want you to be comfortable and relaxed before you hit the stage.
