Drug Testing:

  1. All athletes must be clean of ANY use of all banned items for three years or more.
  2.  List of banned substances can be seen by clicking on the above link, but a rule of thumb is all steroids, hormones, diuretics, estrogen blockers, beta 2 The antagonist etc.
    1. A complete list is available by clicking on the provided link and is recommended that you do so.
  3.  All open class winners will be urinalysis tested backstage by a qualified nurse / doctor and all samples will be sent out for testing right after awards. Athletes who fail the urinalysis test will be stripped of their placing and national qualification for one year with the NPC. A random test can be ordered by the Head Judge or State Chairman if he/she feels one is needed on any competitor during the event only!

Newer Divisions

Fit Model: Be sure to read through the rules regarding the fit model division on the NPC News Online website.

Routine Music:

Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Fitness and Women’s Physique competitors will need to submit their music online before registration closes. DON’T DISCARD YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION. Within that email, you will have a special link to use specifically for you to upload your music.

  • Posing Routines may be up to a maximum of 60 seconds.

NPC Card:

All competitors must have a current NPC Membership. You can purchase your NPC membership online at this link and get immediate proof of purchase: https://www.npcregistration.com/. Be sure to snap a photo of it once it’s shown on the screen and bring it with you or print it out. You can also purchase your NPC membership for $150 (cash only) at the athlete check in.

IFBB Card:

The IFBB Pro League has developed a NEW method of contract signing and registration.

  1. Purchase your card at www.ifbbpromembership.com
  2. All contests with will listed in your IFBB Pro Member Profile.
  3. Select the contest you want to compete in then click “Register”.
  4. Select your division on the registration form.
  5. Digitally sign your Athlete Competition Contract & Liability Release Form.

Your application is then forwarded to the office for review. Once your contract is approved you will receive a confirmation email from Muscleware. If you want a copy of your signed contract click on the “My Contracts” tab of your member profile. A FIRM Registration deadline for all IFBB Pro shows is the Monday of the week of the show at 3 PM EST.

Tickets:

Tickets and backstage passes are now on sale at this link: https://npcoklahoma.com/npc-natural-championships/. Please bring ID with you in order to pick up your tickets at the front door. Tickets can be bought online until Wednesday the week of the show. At that time, they will need to be purchased at the door. Please remember that ALL Children must have tickets to attend the show and are not allowed backstage. No refunds, exchanges or transfers after on tickets or athlete registrations. All ticket sales and registrations are FINAL.

NOTE: ONE PERSON only may pick up ticket order, please add their name at the time of purchase.

Official Spray Tanning Service:

Champion Tan is the official spray tan company for the NPC Grand Prix, and the ONLY spray tan service that will be on site and backstage at the show. Since 2015 Champion Tan has provided the winning stage color for 689 Class Winners and 147 Overall Winners at NPC shows in Oklahoma. Spray Tan Appointments for the 2020 NPC Grand Prix are filling up very quickly! Once all available appointment times are booked, we will not be able to take any additional clients. If you have not yet booked your spray tan package, please do so ASAP at the link below in order to get the best available appointment time.

Your spray tan package will include a full base tan coat applied on Friday at the host hotel, and then a finishing coat applied on Saturday morning at the venue. Photography

No cameras will be allowed in the venue. We have a professional photographer taking the stage photos and he owns the photographic rights.

Other reminders

  • Each athlete should bring a can of Pam to be oiled with.
  • Hair and make-up other than from the official Tease company, can’t be done inside the facility. Other arrangements will need to be made.
  • No children or minors under 18 allowed backstage
  • Backstage passes are for backstage only. Additional wristbands will be needed to go inside the venue.
  • It’s going to be a long day. May we suggest bringing some house shoes so you will be comfortable backstage. Some have also brought pillows or other items to sit on. We want you to be comfortable and relaxed before you hit the stage.
