Gina is a life athlete excelling in basketball & track. While participating in sports, she always enjoyed the strength and conditioning aspect which peaked her interest in bodybuilding & fitness world. She began her love affair with the gym in 1990 & waited nine year to enter her first bodybuilding competition where she won overall as a heavyweight. That set her in motion for her eventual overall win as a heavyweight at 2004 NPC National, earning her IFBB Pro Card. She competed as a pro but realized early on that she was better suited for instructing & helping others fulfill their fitness dreams. Gina now owns G-Force Training where she is privileged to work with some of the top-tiered athletes in the nation. She trains her clients out of Four Star Fitness in Oklahoma City with 26 years in the industry & a lifetime of passion.
