Almond flour pancakes (Yum)
2 tbsp coconut oil melted
2 eggs
1tsp salt
1/4 c. Splenda or
1 c. Almond flour
make just like pancakes.

I’m 41 years young. I’m the wife to my wonderful husband Patrick,  a mom to 5 amazing kids , and a grandma to 2 fun and beautiful grandkids . I started training to compete in 2008 with my coach IFBB Pro Sherry Smith Summers.

2009 red River women’s bodybuilding 1st place
2010 red River women’s bodybuilding 1st place and overall
2013 Oklahoman women’s physique 2nd place and 1st in masters
2013 Jr. Nationals women’s physique 2nd place
2013 nationals women’s physique 12th place
2014 grand prix bodybuilding 2nd place
2014 nationals women’s physique 4th place
2015 nationals women’s body building 7th place
