Bio: My name is Trevor Rose but people just call me Rose, I’m 27 years old, From Altus Oklahoma born and raised, moved to Ada Oklahoma in 2008 on scholarship to play golf for East Central University! I randomly got the urge to start lifting weights and that lead me to gym 210, where I met Shane Cristelli who took me under his wing and treated me like a little brother and got me addicted to the gym and the process! I became a certified trainer in late 2013 and love what people like to call work or my job but to my it’s my profession cause I don’t consider it a job. I am very passionate about what I do and it shows in my work and wouldn’t change it for a thing! I became a father in February 2015 to the most beautiful girl in the world and who holds my heart! And then most recently on August 13th 2016, where God was watching over me and protecting me when I crashed into the back of a stopped tractor trailer on a 2 lane highway that should have taken my life that day! I am beyond grateful for the second chance to stay a father and to become an even better person, sometimes it takes life altering disasters to make you realize things weren’t right! I sustained a concussion, brain bleeding, broken ocular socket, broken nose, tibia compound fracture, shattered fibula and broken ankle! I spent a total of 30 plus days in the hospital over a 5 month span . I had 8 surgeries on my leg and am currently now off my crutches for the first time in almost 6 months. I am back in the gym lifting and not yet walking but hobbling, rehabbing my leg by strengthening and literally teaching myself to learn to walk again! I want to thank all my family, friends and even competitors from shows who have messaged me and encouraged me through my journey, thank you! Can’t wait to step on stage again 🙂
