Bio: Growing up is about discovery and finding out what we as individuals want to make out of this life. I was born in Plano, Texas and raised in Oklahoma. I’ve always been driven by the challenge of trying new things, and discovered in my time as a young adult that I was a natural artist, unafraid to push the limits in athleticism, and willing to be a leader in the spotlight. I discovered my willingness to be fearless in physical conditioning, thanks to years of cheerleading. I would say learning how to work on a team and the hours spent practicing, encouraged my decision as an adult to make other dreams happen. Thanks to the encouragement of family and friends, I’ve been able to progress through my first competition, taking 3rd and since then have been able to compete two more times with two Overall wins and a plan to go to Nationals. Growth is only halted by the mindset you choose to have. I’ve been able to physically grow in my fitness goals, and I’m now a personal trainer encouraging others to take control of their dreams. You don’t have to give up what makes you happy, you can test yourself with new challenges, and work towards new goals as long as you have the motivation. I’m a full time mother, I work as a veterinary technician on the weekends pursuing my passion for animal care, I coach clients weekly, and I take time to kick back and still go on new adventures. The only person who limits us, is ourselves. My happiness stems from my ability to never give up and I hope that I’m able to encourage others to pursue their own dreams.

What Inspires You To Excel In Life And The Gym: Inspiration is found in many aspects of life, but I find my inspiration to excel in those who have worked diligently to provide me with the best in my life. We find our own excellence from the growth and development our loved ones have given, and we in turn learn to create and excel as individuals, so that we may grow and inspire others in time. My family has always provided a foundation of support for my vision to transform myself as an individual and in my fitness journey. What we learn from those who support our vision, is that we too can provide that same recognition of self worth and care for our own families and those we encourage in passing as strangers. Inspiration is all around us, but having a foundation built on pillars of support from loved ones, makes a lifetime of difference in how you see yourself and how hard you are willing to work to be the best version of you.

Most Important Thing / Person In Your Life: The most important thing in my life is being able to test myself with new challenges. I have a great foundation and constantly able to learn from those who have inspired me, Marcus Wade being an influential part of my career path. I continue to learn daily. My son, Moxyn is the most important person in my life. He has taught me so much alone. The bond we have is unlike any other foundation. Being a new mom and fit mom has been such a challenging experience. He makes everyday a beautiful blessing and I hope that I can share and inspire other moms. Your life can become all that you want it to be.
