Bio: Jeremy Minihan is an artist.
He has taken the well-known career of Personal Training, restructured the fundamentals of the business, improved on the technique and delivery, and has focused his efforts on what is really important – you.
He is a creator, a leader, and an expert. Jeremy continually works to improve his techniques and style, always mindful to evolve with the industry and his clients. As times change, and they always do, he is conscious to stay ahead of the curve. Over the last 15 years he has immersed himself in the industry by attending countless coaching seminars, earning certifications, enrolling in nutrition and exercise physiology courses, studying human behavior and motivation, as well as the importance of leadership . Jeremy has transformed from simply a trainer to an expert physique coach, a leader, an innovator, and become a true artist of his trade.
He spent his youth in San Antonio and was brought to Oklahoma in 1995 while pursuing his education and playing college basketball. His passion and competitive drive for health and fitness is what ultimately catapulted him to one of the industries best and highly sought after coaches.
His expert portfolio includes:
- Developing 15 IFBB Professional Athletes who now compete on the highly sought-after Pro Circuit, in such competitions as the world renown, Olympia and Arnold Classic
- NFL and collegiate level athletes, assiduous mothers and industrious fathers and of course those responsible for our future, our sons and daughters

Jeremy has no specialties—he does it all. Simply, this husband, father, son, friend, and coach has a passion for life and truly making a difference. This devotion has yielded purpose; a purpose that has propelled him in to multiple arenas, granting him the opportunity to positively influence society, share his wisdom, teach his methodology, and transform lives. It’s all in a days work and he’s never finished.
